A little background on the paintings:

Fool Me Once, Shame On You...
The entire maxim is "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me".

Identity Crisis
Me, my self and I; who is who?

Shell Game
The game can be rigged.

Mr. Duck Steps Out
The cartoon called "Mr Duck Steps Out" was the inspiration: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x9cr7ei

Trauma Bonds
The shaving brush controls both trauma (the top shelf) and comfort (bottom 2 shelves).

Skeletons In The Closet
Really, I just wanted to paint these cool skeleton keys.

Let Them Eat Brie
As the story goes, Queen Antoinette's response upon being told that her starving peasant subjects had no bread was, "Then let them eat cake." But these are mice in my painting and they like cheese. Btw, the human figure was taken from a Velazquez painting of Maria Teresa of Spain: https://www.metmuseum.org/toah/images/hb/hb_49.7.43.jpg

Visitation
The veil between worlds is thin, and sometimes penetrable.

Shasta Vortex
Mt Shasta in California USA is said to be a sacred mountain with a strong energy vortex.

Searching For Answers
Still don't know if this is a good title.

Shadow Work
Once you click on the image to enlarge it, you can see the person hiding in the shadows.

Operation Birthday Surprise
This title sounds like a really fun event. But of course, this scene is not that. Giving a pretty name to an ugly thing obscures the severity of it. (Btw, the frightened child top-left was taken from a painting called "Echos of a Scream" by David Alfaro Siqueiros: https://uploads6.wikiart.org/images/david-alfaro-siqueiros/echo-of-a-scream-1937.jpg )
